How to Provide Feedback

If you’d like to share a suggestion, compliment or concern, you can contact the Board directly by emailing:

Please include as much detail as you can so we can properly review your feedback. You’re welcome to provide your name and contact details if you’d like a response, or you may remain anonymous.

What Happens Next

All feedback sent to the Board is reviewed confidentially. Depending on the nature of your message, the Board may:

Respond directly to you
Discuss the matter at the next Board meeting
Refer feedback to staff if operational action is needed
Use suggestions to help guide future improvements at the club
If serious, deal with the matter immediately
